Excellent communication before our stay, informative parking info and directions! Beautiful hotel a stones throw from restaurants and shops. Exceptional facilities and really clean. The stone staircase up to our room was amazing. Fantastic breakfast - do not miss! David went out of his way to ensure our stay was just great-wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gem!

WOW, a truly beautiful hotel tucked away. It is so peaceful even though it is in the bustling town of Caen. A short walk across the street, and you are in the heart of cafes, restaurants, and bars that are lively until late. We came for a special birthday and to pay our respects, David, thank you for your wonderful hospitality it has been a trip to remember and we certainly will return.

We had stayed at Clos Saint Martin before and it was as good this time as last. For us this is a great location to stopover when arriving in France but it would be excellent for exploring Caen and the area too, and we really enjoyed the breakfast
