Bienvenido a la Rosa de los Vientos. Nuestro pequeño familiar está encantado de tenerte con nosotros. En estas líneas encontrarás las normas básicas de uso y disfrute de nuestra casa. Como siempre el sentido comun es el mejor aliado, y ante cualquier duda solo tienes que consultar con el STAFF, si no nos encuentras en el momento siempre estamos en el whatsapp 34 673 33 57 41.
Como sabes nuestro Hostel está orientado a mochileros, surfistas y músicos, gentes de mentalidad abierta que tienen ganas de compartir, aprender y enseñar las cosas que cada uno llevamos adentro.
A) Normas de Admisión: Para ser admitido como huésped en la Rosa de los Vientos, tienes que ser una persona aseada y tranquila, rellenar el documento de admisión de viajeros, tener un documento identificativo VÁLIDO y prepagar la estancia (si quieres alargarla ten en cuenta que tienes que hacerlo antes de tu horario de Check out).
A tener en cuenta el check in es de 15h a 22h (fuera de ese horario no se puede hacer check in, entre otros motivos para preservar el descanso de los demás usuarios) y el Check out es hasta las 12h.B) Normas de Convivencia y funcionamiento. Las normas de convivencia.1 - Sonrie Siempre
2 - Respeta el descanso de los demás.
3 - Fuma solo fuera del Edificio (la penalización por fumar dentro son 90.00€)
4 - Come y conserva tu comida FUERA de las habitaciones, en la cocina en el oficce, en la salita, en el patio, azotea.... pero no comas dentro de la habitación.
5 - ACCESO RESTRINGIDO Y RESPONSABLE, solo los huespedes del hostel tienen accesi a las instalaciones, por seguiridad y aforo.
6 - NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS
7 - Al regresar vuelve seguro y feliz, pero no vuelvas borracho porque estar en estado de embriaguez en el Hostel es motivo de cancelación de la reserva y de expulsión. Normas de funcionamiento.1- No atiendas el timbre, ya estamos nosotros para eso.
2 - El uso de las zonas comunes (incluida la azotea y el patio) se corta a las 23h
3 - Tienes el oficce y la cocina a tu disposición, usa lo que necesites pero LÍMPIALO cuando acabes, no tienes personal de servicio.
4 - Si vas a guardar algo en el refrigerador ponle tu nombre y la fecha, cada miercoles limpiamos las neveras y si no está identificado lo tiraremos.
5 - Si ves algo estropeado comunicalo con el STAFF
6 - Las zonas comunes tienen un sistema de VIDEO VIGILANCIA para salvaguardar el bien de todos.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff is just wonderful. I'll miss you... <3 The hostel is located right in the middle of the old town, and all points of interest in Cádiz are within walking distance, as well as supermarkets and laundromats. Some pasacalles (carnaval street parades) passed through our street next to the hostel door, I could hear them play and go out to join them. :) I love the old house with the azulejos, the well and the terrace. The kitchen it very well equipped. The new Wi-Fi is excellent. They replaced the provider during my stay, because the old one was horrible and disconnected all the time, but the new one works perfectly. They clean the place several times a day, and it's really clean.

Overall a very ok stay, communication with staff no problems, everything was clean, even the bathrooms, although the bathrooms were not brand new.
