The apartment was very clean & very comfortable. It was only a few minutes walk from the beach & about 30 minutes to Cadiz city centre. Juan was a very good host, good at responding quickly to messages & we had one problem which he sorted out immediately.

Groundfloor appartment Estupendo is situated 150 meters from Victoria Beach. It,s a very, very beautiful, clean, large and new appartment. It has a big kitchen, a big shower, two toilets and three bedrooms. The design is tasteful and complete. It has really everything you need and is very accessible for those who have difficulties with walking. There,s good wifi and you can park your car in the private garage nearby. Juan is very helpfull and speaks perfect English. Tough you,re near bars and the mainroad along the beach it,s quiet because the appartment is just behind the road and has a good isolation.The busstop is 200 meters away and line 7 brings you in 10 minutes to the old part of Cádiz. And what a beauty she is!! Conclusion: If you go to Cádiz, stay in this appartment because you have the best of both. Thanks again Juan!

Brand new, super equipped, clean and with excellent location near the beach. Owner super helpful! The apartment has a proper heating, which is not common!!! I recommend wholeheartedly.
