The lady on main reception and the waiter Luis were absolutely wonderful. They both made our stay feel special. Their attention to detail was excellent and they were thoughtful and kind.

Perfect location for walking. Many roots start from the hotel directly. Very quiet area but at the same time good connected with Lugano and other villages with 3 bus lines. Very good sauna area. It was also very quiet in the room. I would gladly come once more. I had a single room, enough space for bed, a reading chair, wardrobe and a desk. All good.

The setting is gorgeous, in a mountain village, very quiet and peaceful surroundings, a littleoff the beaten track. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The massage pool is also a great bonus!
