It’s. Wonderfully. Clean. And spacious. And free coffee every morning downstairs. In local. Cafe which. I highly recommend. Of course ! Friendly. Host. No issues. Maybe. A little. Confused on check. In as want sure what to expect. Where to collect. Keys. 🔑 etc As some. Many. Different. Processes. Fro. Regular. Airbnb user. And. They often. Have safety. Box and other places. Have. Good. Instructions. As to a key safe and on booking. - a code. And. Good. Instructions. Sent. To make it probably. Easier for. A weary. 😩 traveller as such ? Have. You considered a lock. Box. At property and. Instructions. And. A visitors book is always. A nice touch. And. As suggested. Personally. A. Few plants. And. A more or less less stark. Appearance ? Otherwise absolutely. Nothing. There's an awful lot to like about this property. It's a new-build so very modern, and the apartment was spacious, as well as sparkling clean. The bed was super-comfortable, as was the long couch, and the tiled shower was wonderful. The rooms were equipped with several fans (even one for the balcony) plus aircon but, even so, they were cooler than outside. All things that contribute to a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the security and privacy offered. Communication with host Mena was easy as he was either around or only a phone call or text away. I was looking for a place to stay near Morayfield and landed on this one as looking far superior 'on paper' to the other accommodation on offer and, I have to say, my expectations were exceeded. Not to mention the excellent daily coffee from the Gavel & Grind downstairs that came with the room.
