Practically on the beach. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is welll equipped. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have had in the last couple of months traveling. The personal is very friendly and helpfull and know the area and transport options wel. There are some restaurants around but if you prefer to cook you can walk 20 min / take a moto taxi (100 pesos) to the big supermarket in town. Would stay again!

The location is very good, right next to Kite beach, on the main road. The room was nice , clean, and well equipped . Beautiful and large terrace, but it was inconvenient for us to use it as part of another building .

Property Manager Henri & staff were great! They were very accommodating. Unit was roomy, clean & bright. Shower was top notch. Kite Beach is a community of it's own!

The property manager Henri is extremely helpful, he helped me to get a motor which you can keep in the garden during the evening, he also helped me to hail a guagua for my next stop. They are visibly investing a lot to maintain the facilities and the shower and rooftop is amazing with basic gym equipment too. They also provide drinking water which is super. You can't deny that it is indeed loud due to the proximity of the main road but this is the sacrifice to be close to the kite beach. The bed was too soft for my taste.
