Beautiful location, nice decks with great view to Ferradura beach. Easy to reach the water and it’s a nice beach to go for a swim

Very lazy and silly attitude of the receptionists: they were lazy and not helpful, didn’t know how to make a phone call to Rio!!!

Stunning location and excellent layout of the hotel around the coast with different views from each area. Communal areas well designed. The staff were outstanding and although the language barrier caused some laughs everyone tried hard to communicate. The food in the restaurant was outstanding in quality.
