The property was excelent. It has everything my family needed. We loved the open space and the cinema room, plenty of board games and table tennis....the most important was the fire place, as it was a bit cold during our stays. So the having the fire place helped to warm the house and we spent most of our time there.

Caroline was lovely and helpful. The house was spacious, very well-equipped kitchen easy to cook, tonnes of plates, cups etc. The home theatre was used a lot, and we watched some DVDs and played some ping pong, and some of the games and we watched some DVDs and two of us read some books. Nice alfresco out back, which was visited by a local Bandicoot which was lovely! The Broadwater shopping centre nearby handy had a supermarket, bakery etc, and the café well patronised by locals with quick friendly service, We all had a great meal at the Ship Inn and afternoon tea at the Goose Bistro on the Jetty. The family visited the Baby Animal Farm, the Maze, the Caves and stopped at an ice cream parlour on the way back. The local beach (not the one with sandbags) was visited often.

The house had everything we needed for a little getaway from the city. In a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to the beach and the main surrounding towns.
