The staff is friendly and well versed in English. The location is also good, just opposite the Daiso and walking distant to Jagalchi Market. The scenery is also good enough.

Griffinbay Hotel has the best location — everything is walkable, which made exploring the city super easy and fun. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. We were even upgraded to a suite on the 19th floor, which made the stay extra special! There’s a 7/11 right on the entrance floor, which was incredibly convenient. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and spoke English well — which we really appreciated. Overall, a great and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back next time we're in Busan!

It was very close to the popular BIFF night market and Jagalchi fish market. It was also close to subway stations. In saying that, because it's close to the fish market, you can't avoid the strong fish smell around the hotel. It didn't bother us, but I know some guests it would.

It was in a good location for Jalgachi Fish Market and BIFF Square. It was easy to get around on the metro from here.
