Very clean , comfortable and modern.Almost everything was provided except for the disposable amenities which is not an issue at all. Staff was very attentive to our needs , especially the house keeping staff. Location is very convenient and connected to the metro station- Haeundae. Lot of cafes restaurants and convenience stores in and around the building. Money exchange in basement.

Everything works perfectly. Surfaces are a little worn here and there but staff do a great job with cleaning and tidying.
