The building is a traditional Ottoman style house with some more recent renovation, consistent with the style, having hardwood floors, doors and ceilings. Guests stay in the larger building which faces the car park at the rear of the premises, while the smaller one with reception desk and breakfast area has street access a couple of minutes' walk from the Grand Mosque. While staff don't have a lot of English, they're all courteous as guests come and go. Breakfast is only basic, but includes fresh bread daily, and there's a good supply of tea to go with it, which I appreciated.
