The staff are so welcoming and humble. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety each day there was a variation. Kids had cereal and we enjoyed the Turkish breakfast aswell as the chocolate cake! 😅 the hotel is So clean. The ladies that came round in the morning for room service promptly and were very professional. Topped up on the teas, coffees, replaced bedding and towels as well as a good clean as you would expect. Location was really good near buses and trams to where we wanted to visit. Food places around the area and a supermarket not far. Overall it is in a good safe neighbourhood and actually have no complains or anything bad to say about the staff or the property itself.

Great friendly owners. Perfect location. The room was very cosy, and bathroom was also clean and sufficient. Garage for a car is definately a bonus!

The personal are very friendly and lovely. Breakfast is very nice and everything is fresh. The Hotel place is in center of Bursa in very beautiful place. Rooms are clean and you have everything in there. Secade-carpet for prayer was also in room and that makes me very happy. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Bursa Eyvallah

Rooms were comfy. Staff friendly and always ready to assist. Rooms have kettle, fridge, heater, beds slept well and linens were good. Bathroom n shower spacious enough. Lifts and stairwells of hotel lovely, nice travatine tiles. Breakfast was good. Hotel organised transport to our Istanbul hotel. When available the front desk will exchange money as well. Thanks to Hidayat and the gentleman at the front desk, to the breakfast kitchen staff and cleaners.
