Please note that only weekly housekeeping services are provided. For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more.
Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
The grab-and-go breakfast served includes breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea only.

The staff at the desk was excellent. There was a manager named Chester who deserves the reward. He goes over and beyond what most desk managers do.

It was quiet for the most part and the location was close to my daughter. The second night was much better than the first as the first night it was very hot and the neighbors were arguing until about 1:00 AM when we called the desk and they came up and spoke to them. We went to my daughter's the next morning and when we came back a couple hours later and walked into the room it was like a sauna. We called the front desk and when they came up they were surprised at how hot it was in there. The heating/cooling system was messed up and couldn't be plugged in. She told us we could move to the room next door, which we did. The second night was much better.

The room was good, Dishes were adequate. The location was a bit inconvenient for getting into the city. Breakfast was basic with muffins Instant Oatmeal, and hot drink options.
