Staff was even attending the call in the middle of the night. Cleanliness was good. Location is at walkable distance to the beach and the central railway station.

Nice tripple bed private en-suite room on 2nd floor of a lovely home/house. Verry quiet with few guests. Guest House is located just off Bogoridi, a mainly padestrian, long, sloping street, full of lively cafes, bars, shops and cafes. Guest house is a 10-15 minute walk from the train/bus station. Also about a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach and the Sea Garden. The guest house is a simple affair. 3 lots of Steps lead to the private rooms. My room contained 3 single beds with a bed sheet, blanket and pillow. Small cubbard next to bed, plug socket by bed. One heater and a large window to let in air. Window had curtains and blinds. 1 key to enter both the building and room. Small bathroom with a toilet with paper, sink with bar of soap and shower on wall, no shower curtain or glass cubical. Rubbish bin in bathroom, hooks to hang towel. Bath matt to put on floor. Large bath towel and one hand towel provided. Free, good speed WiFi. Would stay again. Roughly UK £71 for 2 nights. No breakfast or tea/coffee. Tap water is drinkable. Great location.

Great location, very close to the beach. There was a small balcony and a drying rack for our wet bathing suits and towels. Unfortunately, the weather in Burgas was so humid, nothing could dry overnight. Good room with comfortable beds and a mini fridge. Rooms have been partially refreshed - there was a new carpet and a new TV. They have added a small common room with some utensils. On our last day we could store our luggage there after check out.
