The Shuttle Service was an amazing bonus. It may our stayed comfortable despite being so far from the city centre. Our main activities where around the Chicago Marathon and out friend where located in the city centre. However, the train plus the shuttle make our stay easy despite de distances.

Staff was extremely helpful. They were kind and courteous. The beds are so comfy, and the rooms were clean. The shuttle service is a huge plus for this stay. It was extremely convenient to go back and forth from downtown Chicago. It was about 10 min ride to orange line. We just had to call and they will send a driver for us. The drivers were kind and attentive and had great conversations.

All went well, staff was very nice, used shuttle to airport both ways and they were also very nice. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again. I would have liked breakfast but no time for that.
