Location. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Even though there were a couple of things that we didn't expect, we still loved the villa, and will definitely come back.

“We love Budalong Villas, but this particular villa #28 needs some things sorted (as described).”

I have stayed at Budalong Villas last year (a different one) and like the pool and the pub nearby. This time, in villa #28, plenty of kitchen appliances, and a dish washer and a washing machine were great. Beds were all super comfortable. The AC downstairs worked well but not sufficient to cool the downstairs bedroom at the end of the villa.

The staff and hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The Villa is modern and spacious. The pool is a refreshing way to cool off. The villa had an Air Fryer which was a bonus. Nice deck to play cards (UNO) and have a drink. Big TV in the main Bedroom The Tavern Pizzas are sensational

The resort is under development so it was very dusty and needed a big clean up. The villas was quite comfortable and clean. Some of the villas are dog friendly which is great.Close to Bundalong Cafe and General Store. We only spoke to staff over the phone as we had a problem with booking through booking.com as we wanted a dog friendly villa. Better to book through the resort for these. Self check in and check out so did see any staff. We think once development is completed it will be a great holiday resort.
