We done the 2D1N jungle tour with this guesthouse and had the best time! Todi and Rendi were brilliant hosts showing us all the wonders of the jungle. They were very caring, informative and passionate about the amazing Bukit Lawang jungle. The tent was comfortable and the food was incredible with an amazing selection of fruit. The guesthouse itself is lovely with a nice big comfortable bed. We highly recommend this tour and guesthouse!

The beds, best in the world! The restaurant, nice food at very good prices. Mr Muhdi and his team absolutely very helpful. They arrange everything for you not only accomodation, also transport, tours, laundry, storage, etc. During the trip to the jungle Lucas (also known as Pablo Escobar) and Jungle Joe were very kind helping my sister in law (not a very mobile person) come through all the obstacles of the jungle without rushing her. They were very patience helping her during 2 days!!! I’ve traveled to many different places but this is the first time I took time to write about my stay. Memories of my stay at Ida Guest House will remain for ever.

Three was nothing not to like. Restaurant about a minute away from my room, even allowing for my age. Staff were incredibly helpful, and the private trip into the forest, which Muhdi organised for me, could not have been bettered. Guide was superb in terms of knowledge and looking after me. Last but not least, the airport pick up and return drop off went like clockwork. Same driver, excellent job.
