Lovely location right on the river and large, comfortable rooms. Trekking organised through the guesthouse was great and very well managed.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the terrace overlooking the river and the jungle was definitely our highlight. The breakfast in the morning is very big and fills you up for the day.

From the moment we arrived at medan airport the eco tour team were amazing, the drive in to bukit lawang while long was made enjoyable and easy by Rimba who picked us up from the airport. When we arrived the whole team were very welcoming, and always available for advice on what to do, where to eat, how to get to wherever we needed to. The rooms are very comfortable and packed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Their jungle treks are fantastic, the passion the guides have for the local nature is evident, they're knowledgeable about the animals and jungle, can answer any questions you have and are dedicated to keeping the jungle clean and sustained for future generations, special mention has to go to Anton and Jibi our guides on the day, they were exceptional, but the entire staff are great and I'm sure whoever goes into the jungle with you, will give you a 5 star experience. The town of bukit lawang itself is an absolute gem, with its unique charm and the friendliest locals, I can't recommend staying there with eco travel highlihy enough.

The property was beautiful and very modern. The breakfast included was the best we’ve had in the entire 6 months of our travels, a real banquet. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check out late free of charge due to our travel times.
