This very well maintained apartment is within walking distance to the old town and Registan. The owner, Sunatillo, was extremely helpful and took us outside the city for birdwatching with the personal highlights as ground jay, streaked scrub warbler and desert finch white-tailed lapwing. We enjoyed our stay as we had everything we needed in the flat. The shops were a couple of minutes down the road too.

Clear instructions and communication from the host. The apartment is in a great location within 600m of all the historic old town features but also nearby ATMs/convenience stores and places to eat. The apartment itself is very new inside and spotless with all the expected mod cons. Very good WiFi and a proper shower. Plenty of room to spread out in too. I can definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Bukhara. I would definitely stay here again. Note that it is a little tricky to find at first as they don't really number buildings up so well in Bukhara. It's behind the back of Ibrahim Muminov Street off Khamza Street nearby the kids playground area but the host will guide you if you get lost.

It was well located and was clean and big and very comfortable. The owner could speak many languages and was always very very helpful.

The apartment is in the city center, so it is convenient for tourists and travelers. There are many shops, a market, salons, cafes, restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and cozy. Everything you need is in the apartment (dishes, bedding, sanitary and hygienic supplies). The owner is super friendly and helped us to navigate the city. We will come again!
