The hotel is realy very nice, we got an upgrade to a larger room which was realy quite large. The pool is also very large ,you can do a decent swimming exercise. Breakfast is fantastic. The staff was very helpfull and always ther to assist. I liked the boy who wanted to tell about the history of Bukhara. From the hotel, ordering a taxi is very good, I think they use Yandex, which we could not get to work on our phone(s).

1. Politeness and Professionalism: The hotel staff were very polite and attentive. Every team member was ready to help with a smile. You can really feel the high level of service! 2. Quick Response: The staff responded quickly to all requests and questions. It's great to feel heard and assisted without delays. 3. Cleanliness and Comfort: Thanks to the staff, the hotel was always clean and cozy. Housekeeping did an excellent job—fresh linens and tidy rooms every day. 4. Friendly Attitude: I especially want to highlight the staff’s friendly attitude. From the very first moment, you feel like a welcomed guest. Thank you for the warm hospitality! 5. Help in Any Situation: The staff went beyond their basic duties by helping with other things—like directions, calling a taxi, or giving useful tips. That really makes a difference!
