Really friendly and hospitable staff. Great breakfast that was different each morning. Close to all the sights in Bukhara but peaceful location. Clean and comfortable, nice courtyard. We arrived on bicycle and were able to store securely at property.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this guesthouse. The owner was absolutely charming — kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. The property itself is spotlessly clean, with spacious and inviting rooms that create a peaceful atmosphere — the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. We enjoyed a traditional Uzbek breakfast that was fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared. On our second morning, since we had an early train to catch and it was before breakfast hours, we were kindly offered a packed breakfast to take with us. This thoughtful gesture was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. The location is ideal — quiet and calm, yet well connected to the rest of the city, making it easy to get around while enjoying a restful environment. We would gladly stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers. Tashakkur sizga mehmondo’stligingiz uchun!

We initially booked three nights at this family-run guest house, and while the owner was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and helpful, we ended up staying only one night. The room and bathroom felt quite cramped for three adults, and overall, the accommodation was a bit too basic for our preferences. Wanting to spare the owner’s feelings, he truly was a kind and genuine person, we told him we were returning early to Tashkent. In a touching gesture, as we were leaving he quickly packed us a small breakfast to take with us. This review isn’t intended to be negative—rather, it's to explain why it didn't quite suit our needs for a longer stay and improvements that could be made. For a short stopover, it would have been manageable. However, with the summer heat, the lack of a fridge made it difficult to store chilled water or fresh fruit, which was important for us. Location wise it is situated in residential area about 10 minutes walk to the main square. Note: This is a family-run guest house, so manage expectations accordingly—it’s not a 3, 4, or 5-star hotel, but it offers warm, heartfelt hospitality that reflects the personal touch of its hosts.
