The accomodation was really nice, the hosts were kind and welcome, always ready to help with anything needed. The accomodation is located in a same building as a tiny store, perfect when you need to quickly buy something and don´t really feel like going out. Breakfasts were amazing and quite frankly very big, we are really sorry but we just couldn´t eat it all.

This is my third time bringing a tour group to Al Hilol. Ali, the owner, as always was super hospitable. My travellers had nothing but good things to say about him! we really enjoyed ourselves. We’ll be back again! see you soon :)

I brought a tour group with me to Bukhara and we stayed at Al Hilol for a night. The owner and his family were very friendly, welcoming and helpful people. It felt more like staying at a friend's place, than at a guesthouse. The breakfast spread was huge and delicious. Location-wise, this guesthouse is tucked away in a small street in a very local neighbourhood, and just a stone's throw away from the Chor Minor monument. The Old City of Bukhara is conveniently located just 5 minutes away on foot. Great for the price, and especially recommended if you want to have a taste of the local way of living and culture.

I booked 4 rooms for my tour group of 6 people. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The guests liked the places and its location. The location is superb — it’s right next to the Old City, which made visiting the historical sites very convenient. The owner, Ali, was very friendly and welcoming. It felt like we were his guests! The breakfast was nice. The spread was good, given the amount we had paid.
