This was the best place we stayed during our trip to Uzbekistan! Our room was spacious, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was simply unbeatable - homemade samosas, fresh fruits and vegetables, pancakes. The hosts are a wonderful family who made me feel more like a visiting relative than a guest in a hotel.

A very, very kind lady takes care of this guesthouse. She prepares very good breakfasts – including excellent cheese pancakes. Fantastic location. Peace and quiet. Pleasant interior. There is a water dispenser with both cold and hot water available. On the rooftop, there is a swing where you can sit in the evening and enjoy the illuminated city view. A truly fantastic and budget-friendly place. An extra big plus: we arrived at 6 a.m. without notifying in advance, and we were checked in without any problems or extra charges – we were probably lucky that our room was available. The only minor, negligible downside is a streetlight right outside the window – blackout curtains in that room would be a good idea.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, in close proximity to everything. The hosts are the nicest people ever. Rooms are newly renovated, very clean and beautiful place.
