The front desk staff were very helpful especially the young man named FAYCOO, I Believe how his name sounded who speaks excellent English who was a big help to us since we only speak English, he told us many useful information ,such as directions to a certain place etc.etc.bottomline, he Is an outstanding customer service agent.

The location was poor, but we already knew that. The room was poor, but we already knew that you don't get better for that ridiculous price. The shower was really bad, we did not see that coming. We did not try the breakfast, so I can not put a rating on that.

Good location, and great breakfast (eggs, fruit, pastries, cereal, bread). Spacious room (had a 4 berth when booked a double). Had 24hr reception desk and access. Had a room to store luggage and if they could accommodate an early check in they would.
