The overall design is fine - we like the industrial look, also its handy to have a washing machine in the cellar

Getting the keys was super effortless—definitely easier than other places I've stayed! I was in touch with the host the whole time, making everything smooth. I had some delays on my trip, but I let them know, and they were super understanding. When I finally arrived, the person with the keys was right there waiting for me. The apartment was just amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly and eager to help, making sure all my needs were met. Plus, I had a lovely private pool surrounded by lush greenery, which really let me escape the busy city vibes. It was absolutely perfect!

Nice sunny terrace with no “vis a vis”. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Spacious compared to hotels rooms. Sunny. Easy communication with the agency. Good quality/price. Central place. Overall very good alternative in Palermo.

It is well situated in the Palermo district, surrendered by lots of bar, restaurantes, shops, supermarkets ,and cooffe shops. An affluent area where it was safe to walk at night and day time. The apartment that we were in , it was quite large, with a beautiful terrace. Bed was comfy and kitchen has all the appliances. Little touches from the management at your arrival . The street that us located is art by itself. There's a laundry room which after 3 weeks of travels around South America, it really helped. Thanks to the team working at the apartment, there are just great from Denise to Abril and the domestic cleaning lady that I can't remember her name. Highly recommended!
