A beautiful hotel with a spacious and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. But this hotel is truly exceptional because of the outstanding staff! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to Mica, Ellie and your lovely colleague who served us tea at 5am!!

Everything! The location is great, on quiet streets of Palermo full of old buildings and trees, the place itself is every bit as good as the photos, full of that charming atmosphere of old rich Argentinian family house, complete with authentic furniture and everything. It does come with an elevator too, so you won't have to chug your suitcase up the stairs manually just for the sake of authenticity. The staff are absolutely AWESOME, great English and they've been beyond helpful at any time of day and night, with everything from booking a tango show with pickup from hotel for me to providing 11 p.m. dinner to organizing a taxi when Uber app decided it didn't want to work for me anymore. Breakfast is tasty, and the pumpkin+cheese empanadas on the menu (not part of breakfast) are forever in my heart now. My only regret is having only 3 nights in such an awesome place.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Great little selection for breakfast. Great area to stay in; Palermo has many nice bars and restaurants. Large room and beautiful spacious bathroom.
