D “Basic but functional in a convenient location”

This is a basic apart hotel in a central, safe location, close to many areas of interest in Buenos Aires and AEP airport. It has easy access through a code and instructions sent via WhatsApp. Sometimes there is someone downstairs at the desk in Reception, where they allowed us to store luggage for a few hours, out-of-hours there is a virtual receptionist that surveys the entrance remotely via cameras. The kitchenette has a microwave, a fridge and basic crockery; it is very basic but functional.

We stayed here 2 times over 2 weeks initially because of the location right next to BuqueBus as we were going to Uruguay for a couple of days. Our first stay was fantastic, stayed in apt 4D...without doubt the best shower we have had in 3 months of travelling through South America. Apart from being next to BuqueBus the area of Puerto Madero is beautiful and we could run around the huge nature reserve there. So for us the location was perfect and based on that and the shower I would give it a 10. Oh..and Quimey and rest of staff downstairs were great.

I liked the fact that via whatsapp we managed to organize our nights with check ins and outs due to 2 reservations. The apartments were spacious and the building was very safe, next to the Embassy etc.
