This is a well located hotel in Downtown BA. The finish and fittings are very good as was the bed but the rooms are small. Breakfast was excellent although I would have liked t have access to one hot dish eg scrambled eggs.

The staff were all very helpful. Lucas was excellent as was the chap who helped with my online check for the aeroplane.
