The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was well situated. We had already booked the hotel for another stay before our first stay, as we had made another 3-day trip in between. The room during our first stay was very nice, large and even had a balcony. For our interim trip we were able to leave our luggage, which we didn't want to take with us, at the hotel, which was very nice. On our second stay we had a different, small room with only a small window. Unfortunately the fresh towels were not clean all the time. The restaurant where they normally serve the breakfast is under construction. That is why the a-la-cart breakfast got replaced by a „buffet“, which actually only was medialunas and coffee/tea. In our opinion that is not a valuable replacement. On one of the mornings we did not have hot water to shower, even after waiting more than 10 mins.

Location is right in the middle of Palermo - close to resteraunts, bars, etc. Common kitchen with micro, dishes, hot water - good for preparing a snack or light meal.
