The room was big and the bed was super comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic. Location is great, the hotel is closed to several stores, restaurants, and big avenues. Breakfast was outstanding and staff very helpful

Staff were friendly. Centrally located, not far from the Teatro Colón, metro station and bus routes. The pool was lovely, with a nice warm temperature. (Note the pool is designed more for relaxing than exercise, but I managed to swim a little bit when it wasn't busy). My room was huge.

A couple of hours after we entered our room, a gentelmen opened our door with his card and barged in. He was as surprised as us. Apparently, they assigned us the same room. He tried changing the room and they gave him another card but he was once again able to open our door wirh his card that belonged to another room. We left the hotel and didnt even spend the night there. The hotel is otherwise gorgeous, same as in the pictures. Good location, clean, confortable.
