The host Hebe met us at the property and spoke perfect English ( as we do not speak Spanish that was so helpful ) She recommended restaurants and places to visit, was so helpful and friendly, even supported us with arranging an Uber to the airport on our way home. The location was in the safest and nicest area of Buenos Aries with lots of nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Please don't hesitate to book this apartment, you will not be disappointed Fully met our expectations.

The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything what you need, also if you want to cook. There is a nice place for breakfast and coffee just downstairs in the same building. Cesar and Hebe are just gorgeous! They gave us good recommendations for restaurants and things to do and Cesar even drove us to a place where we could change our money. Thank you!

We are from the UK and this is our first time in Argentina. The hosts of this apartment, Cesar and Hebe, could not have been more welcoming. The communication prior to our arrival was great and then once we arrived they were amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had everything that we needed for our initial short stay in Buenos Aires. The location was also excellent, in the heart of Palermo and in walking distance of Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho - we especially enjoyed Plaza Serrano which had lots of bars and restaurants and was a 20-30 min walk from this apartment. We had an issue upon arrival meaning we did not have pesos to hand which was required to pay for the apartment. Hebe and Cesar were extremely patient with us and remained in communication with us over the rest of the day to assist us with completing a bank transfer. Cesar also remained in contact to answer questions we had during our first few days in Buenos Aires. Due to the timing of our next trip (to Ushuaia) being very early (we needed to leave the apartment at 4am for our flight), Hebe and Cesar made arrangements for us to hand back the keys to the apartment and also arranged for our taxi to the airport. Again, amazing service and so helpful! The next story highlights our slight incompetence as travellers, but we left behind a wallet and purse in the apartment after we had checked out and travelled to Ushuaia (we were not using these however they did have UK ID documents and bank cards inside). Cesar and Hebe immediately contacted us and arranged for us to collect these items from their home address when we arrived back in Buenos Aires. Again, they were extremely accommodating and so friendly when we met Hebe to collect these items. Thank you to Cesar and Hebe for the 5 star service - Highly Recommend!!

We had a great stay, the property is in an amazing location and is super comfortable - the delicious bakery downstairs is great for breakfast! Walking distance to lovely restaurants and bars and the host was really communicative and friendly - highly recommend!
