- very, very nice and loving welcome from the hostess and her husband. - great apartment with everything you need. Balcony available for a relaxing evening in the apartment. We were allowed to stay in the apartment until 2 p.m. on the last day because our flight was late that day. She blocked the room for us for the day free of charge. - I was very positively surprised. The location is also fine, you can easily get to the sights by bus and train (also on foot - a little further).

The hosts are just wonderful people. Just wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and the balcony is wonderful. The location is very central, though it won't be to anybody's taste as it's not as trendy as Ricoleta or Palermo. Very fast Wi-Fi. Good value for money.

The apartment is very bright, spacious, and comfortable! It has heating in the living room and conditioner in the master bedroom, so it was very warm considering it was 12 degrees outside. It has all the necessary facilities you may need. We used a washing machine because we traveled long distances and had all our clothes packed in our suitcases, so we needed to give our clothes a fresh up:) We don’t know Spanish, but the washing machine had the step-by-step instruction on how to use the machine(with pictures!):)) The owners of the apartment are very polite and open to answer any questions you may have. We had to check out at 4 am, but it wasn't a problem! And also it's not far away from a 24/7 grocery store, pet shop, and police Department (if you are afraid of anything). Oh, yes, we had our cat with us, so there were no problems with staying with it in the apartment for an additional small cost. (As I say, the cat has to pay for his stay too😁).
