We had no breakfast included, but all the facilities for a perfect holiday. The appartment has all you need and even more. The owner, Nikola, was the perfect host, giving us all the information wee need, every time we asked him. The location is about 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but we have visited each day another beach. The Old Town (Budva Stari Grad) was only 15 minutes walk. In the nearby we had all the facilities: shops, markets, bakeries, bus station. We also had the posibility of parking our cars inside a garage, which is a great thing considering the lack of parking spaces in Budva.

We had a wonderful experience at this penthouse apartment! The atmosphere was exceptional and the apartment provided all the comfort I needed. The central location provided easy access to all the attractions in the area. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

10 mins walk to the closest beach. A lot of markets and shops around. The kitchen has all main equipment to be able cook at home (it was important for us as we traveled with a child). A friendly host, and it was fast to solve the issues, as they live in the same building.
