The host is nice guy, who provided better room for the same price and also agreed on extra stay till the evening bus for small payment. We were in October, but it might be too hot on the top-floor when +40 outside. However property has a comfortable space under kiwi-tree around the table.

Price is good and owner is responsive + flexible on check in/out. Free parking was great too. Location was 30mins to old town, which was okay.
