Great location, lovely property, spotlessly clean. Lovely owners, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was spotless and the beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. The basket of hot drinks sachets was generously filled and the hot tub was in a lovely secluded garden with lots of birds to watch and hear. Extra towels are provided so you have one for showers and one for the tub. It was great to be able to charge my car and the charging app and process was very straightforward. Nearby walk from the beach a couple of miles down the hill and a lovely pub dinner at the end! Beautiful sunset and peaceful surroundings even in June.

Duchy cottage was absolutely lovely, very clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn't really use the hot tub on the first evening because it wasn't heating up, but a chap sorted the problem and it was fine for the Saturday. The owners/staff that we met were really nice. There is a small games room that the teenagers enjoyed. It was a very quiet and picturesque location. About 10/15 minutes from Bude, but there is a shop just a couple of miles (maybe not even that far) up the road.
