This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and gave us views of Lundy island. All our needs were catered for with cutlery, crockery, kitchen basics, toiletries and a delicious cream tea on arrival. The room was very clean and spacious and the hosts friendly and available to help at the same time as providing us privacy. The location was peaceful and offered us the rest and relaxation we were looking for.

Beautiful light and airy room. Caroline has an eye for detail and your every need has been thought of. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Large bed as twin with memory foam topper, very comfortable. Freshly baked scones with jam and cream added that extra touch. I had high hopes as so many plus marks. Our room provided views across farm lands so cows and donkeys could be seen from balcony. Lots of helpful information on places to visit and eat in email communications. Parking spaces available.

There was really nothing to fault. The hosts were warm and welcoming. There if you needed them, but not intrusive. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious with everything you need. A lovely Cream Tea was provided in our room on arrival. It was one of the most relaxing places I have stayed.
