The space - plenty of room for a family get together or two families holidaying together, but the layout equally worked well for just the two of us Cleanliness – simply spotless! Location – a short 1 mile drive to the nearest beach where there was good parking, plenty of waves and is apparently dog friendly all year around. Perfect base to explore places along the north Cornwall and Devon coastline Facilities – parking (3 cars) right outside the door, 2 patios so we had sun from dawn to dusk, barbeque, big enclosed garden, speedy wifi, washer and dryer, the showers, choice of master bedrooms, comfy beds, outside tap for washing surf gear Host – great communication and clear, helpful welcome notes. Nothing was too much trouble
