Hazel “Lovely spacious apartment in the perfect location.”

A lovely new apartment on the fifth floor facing the ocean. It was spacious, clean and had all the modern amenities you would expect in a new building. Bathrooms were luxurious, plenty of wardrobe space with hangers, making it easy to unpack and relax. The two main bedrooms are large and comfortable with beautiful views. Kitchen had everything you would need, including a coffee machine. Separate space for the washer and dryer. Best part for us, was the gorgeous and spacious outdoor terrace which was protected from the weather with large, comfortable cane furniture making it the perfect spot to watch the world go by. Lovely pool and BBQ area with great seating and sun lounges to relax. Safe and secure parking was a bonus. Location was exceptional. A short walk to the beaches, and a fabulous shared footpath to walk as far as you would want in either direction alongside the beach, dunes and trees. Shopping Centre behind the building was great making it easy for groceries or anything you may need. Loved Kawana Waters Hotel for the food and atmosphere.

Modern comfortable apartment with plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. The apartment had absolutely everything a family would need. Good internet connection. Lovely views of the ocean. Exceptional convenience being directly across the road from a large shopping mall with great shopping and food options. There is also a cinema for rainy days. We stayed at a cheaper apartment in the same building for one night, but this apartment had one less bed, bad internet connection and no ocean views). Overall would rate between very good to superb. Hosts were fantastic. Very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect — just a 1-minute walk to the shopping centre and really close to the beautiful beach. I especially loved the ocean view from the accommodation, it was so relaxing and peaceful. The neighbors were all very friendly, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach.
