The fine print
Please provide your exact arrival time no later than 14 days before arrival. Unfortunately, we don't have a reception, so we have to arrange a meeting in front of the apartment building. The exact arrival time can be changed free of charge up to one day before arrival. In the last 24 hours before arrival, it is no longer possible to change the arrival time free of charge. In the case of arrival by plane or train, we always ask for the flight number, so we can follow the possible flight delay on the Internet, for which we do not charge a separate fee. Apart from this, we charge a waiting fee in case of delay, which must be paid in cash upon arrival in euros or HUF. In case of delay, the first half hour is free, after that every 6 minutes will cost 1 euro. In case of unannounced delay, we can wait for the guest for 90 minutes.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Everything was perfect especially the communication with balazs was excellent. The room was very clean and in a very good and quiet location next to a Metro and tram station.

Although the apartment is located in an old residential building (p1), the interior is absolutely nothing like the exterior! The facilities inside are clean and fully met my hygiene standards. It’s also well-equipped, with a stovetop, fridge, and microwave (p2, p3). The location is quite convenient - close to a main shopping street and within walking distance of the Kalvin tér M station, where you can catch the 100E airport express bus. Although the room itself only faces the courtyard, the Danube River is just a short step outside! A river view from the window was never promised, so that definitely shouldn’t be a reason to give them a bad review. There is an elevator in the building - not big, but fully functioning (p4).
