This hotel is really nice. It’s the second time we stayed here, the basic needs are fulfilled as in a 5 star hotel, the size of the suite with a kitchen great, the quality and cleanliness perfect, the breakfast excellent, the non alcoholic drinks, lemonades in different fruit versions were great! The spa with the pool really great! The garden with the seats really cute too. The restaurant Fritzi Papa on Király street, with typical Hungarian home made cuisine is so fabulous!! (5 min walk from the hotel)

The staff were excellent and the facilities were good. Restaurant was excellent and option of dining in the garden was really good. Wi Fi was hit and miss and needs boosting. Will stay again.

Beds were very comfortable, hotel is so quiet despite being close to everything. The spa facilities were good and they were open until 10pm on weekdays which meant we could use them everyday. The staff were all very friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again if we visit Budapest again!
