Very pleasant staff, they allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check-in and after check-out, great breakfast, clean and fragrant hotel, big rooms. Every recommendation.

Big room. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good location. Windows are opening. Blackout curtains. Tap water is drinkable. Silent fridge. We had city view room, it is a bit noisy because of trams. Overall — it is very good.

-staff (Kris was very professional and polite ), I wish him all the best! Greetings from Vienna -nice rooms, great beds, tv, lots of light, everything is practical and comfortable. -all is so clean. -place is quiet -special thanks to the housekeeping team.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel situated close to the metro which was good as we had a child.
