We absolutely loved our stay at the Emerald. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Always willing to assist with any questions we had. The location was fantastic, about a 10 minute walk to the chain bridge and 5 minutes to the airport bus. Rooms were new and clean and serviced daily.

We stayed only one night, but everything was perfect. The check-in was smooth, and the staff at the reception was professional and very helpful. The hotel is in a very central location, just steps away from restaurants, cafés, and shops – it couldn’t be better. With a bit of luck, you can find street parking nearby, but there’s also a convenient multi-storey car park just a few steps away. The interior design is beautiful throughout the hotel, and we especially appreciated the coffee and tea station in the lobby. The restaurant is stylish, and the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Our bed was super comfortable and soft – just how we like it. Highly recommended!

Beautiful reception area and courtyard. The staff were all super helpful and friendly, provided advice regarding sites to see, how to book things, helping us organise an airport transfer and using the public transport network etc. excellent location!

Lovely modern hotel. Comfy bed. Very clean serviced every day. Excellent breakfast plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again. Great area to relax for tea and coffee.
