City hearts apartments contacted me via What's App one week before arrival. Through City Heart Apartments I was able to communicate directly with host Marianne. She was very friendly and helpful. For fee Marianne collected from the airport transferred me to the apartment, gave me a quick orientation and collected the tax and deposit. She also kindly prepared the bed in the second room as I was not sharing with my guest. I would recommend this apartment as it is close to all the attractions, and the host is very friendly.

We made use of the airport shuttle, so Marianna kindly collected us from the airport and took us back again at the end of our stay. She was also very flexible because unfortunately one of our flights was cancelled at the last minute, meaning that instead of arriving at around midnight on the Wednesday, we didn't actually land until late afternoon on the Thursday. Although she had a busy day lined up, she very kindly prioritised our booking seeing as we had already suffered a lot of disruption and for that we are very grateful. We were thankful for the lift and also for the aircon as it was 30+ degrees whilst we were there.
