The staff were excellent and responsive in the extreme. We had initially some problems with the television, and a man came and fixed it for us, knowledgeably and with a great attitude. Later, our heating unit was blowing mostly cold air, and when my husband mentioned it the next morning, they moved us to a completely different room that was working quite well, and they added a couple of extra blankets! I'm a few months post surgery, so having such a caring response helped immeasurably. Every staff member just seemed to go the extra mile.
