It's a building in a high-end residential area in Brussels, managed by its owners, who have made an extraordinary adaptation to convert part of the house into accommodation. The room is, to say so, spectacular. Very spacious, soundproof, with a large hidden TV with Netflix, Movistar and others. The bathroom, impressive, with a huge shower, bathtub, two sinks and a toilet at the back. The bed is equally majestic, comfortable and spacious. They offer complimentary coffee/tea and water service. It's not cheap, but it's worth its price. On other occasions I've stayed in hotels in Brussels city center for similar prices, very far from the comfort and qualities of this accommodation.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The check in was flawless, and managed without human contact... The hotel sent me the code on WhatsApp.
