The location and cleaners were excelente. It's very easy to arrive walking from the metro. Walk distance from the city center.

The room was clean and in a good location, but it didn’t look like the pictures. There was no soap provided, the bathroom glass was broken, and the mirror on the cabinet was also damaged. It says parking is available, but it turns out you need a reservation, which wasn't clearly explained. Also, parking comes with an extra fee. The listing said staff is available until 18:00, but they were already gone 15 minutes earlier. We managed to check in easily, but the next night other guests had the same issue with the staff not being present.
