We were so well greeted, & the gentleman on reception was really helpful about what to see in Brussels, even giving us a map. The hotel is spotless. The room (we were delighted to be given a free upgrade) was spacious, quiet and with a modern, roomy en-suite with plenty of space for toilet bags etc. It had every facility, including a safe, & tea & coffee-making facilities - even some chocolate. The bed was large & very comfortable. Everything worked well - lifts, shower, room temperature. It's well situated - just a few minutes' walk to the main centre. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else if we return to Brussels.

The hotel has an excellent location in the historic city center, within walking distance of most tourist attractions, markets, and restaurants. The bus stop is nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Carlos, Hussein, Nani, Anastasia, and the rest of the staff whose names I can't remember. Overall, an excellent hotel to stay in while visiting Brussels.

The old post office building has recently been turned into a hotel so it has a brand new contemporary feel but is in the middle of historical Brussels. Perfect central location and very helpful staff. The rooms are new and fresh and a great size.
