In order to check in, guests need to bring the access codes they receive from the accommodation by e-mail on their arrival day.Guests have access to the Smartflats Lounge at Rue du Marché au Charbon 9 - 1000 Brussels.Cleaning costs are included in the price of the stay. However, please note that if the accommodation is left in an excessive state of dirtiness the property will charge an additional cleaning fee.Please note that in case of damage, an extra fee will be charged. Very good location. Spacious apartment on the top floor, with a view of the square. Working elevator, comfortable bed, excellent internet connection, well working heating. Bakery and restaurant 2 min away, small supermarket 5 min away. Excellent communication with the host.
