Absolutely everything. The service was attentive but unobtrusive, the building and decor itself is beautiful, and the location is ideal. I have been to Bruxelles four times and this will be the place I return to.

Outstanding place. Booked a suite and very much met expectations throughout. Excellent breakfast, great location, would stay again. The staff were excellent - even asked if we were travelling by plane because of disruption at the airport (we weren't thankfully) but they were good enough to enquire so they could assist us if needed. Really good service.
