Nicely decorated,spacious ,clean,and well organised apartment. Water pressure excellent,same for wifi,the windows they have the blockout curtains,the office in living room really helped me for my work.(the chair from the office is a high end chair) Chic neighbourhood near EU.

The apartment is located on the top 3rd floor, wonderful views through the roof windows, the bedroom is on the upper level, accessed by a wooden staircase, in a sloping attic with lots of space and comfort. The place is a 20-30 minute walk from the center, close to bus stops that run frequently and follow a scheduled schedule. The neighborhood is quiet and trouble-free. Nearby - 100-200 meters there is a Lebanese restaurant with a varied menu, quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. Apartment is furnished with everything you need - a comfortable sofa bed, a table for 4, a kitchen, a microwave, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, gas stoves. The heating is a gas boiler with a central thermostat, it works perfectly and can create the necessary comfort according to everyone's feeling.

Very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed and more. The location was excellent with easy public transport access and supermarkets nearby. The owner was nice and responded to our questions very fast. We arrived to Brussels early morning and the owner was flexible to check us in before the given time. The apartment had a really comfortable bed, kitchen with all tableware needed. There is also a good coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a bath tub, also shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and a whole box of beauty products and sewing kit were provided. The whole apartment was very clean and smelled good.
